<image:caption>Dr. Nicole Manza, PhD, LMHC, LPC, ACS, NCC Psychologist and Founder “My objective in treatment is to meet my client where they are at. I value humanizing the experience of therapy, and working hand in hand to achieve the result that individuals desire. I set out to facilitate stability, emotional growth, and healthy functioning. I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist - adapting the treatment style to the needs of each individual. “ Throughout Nicole’s counseling practice, she has provided comprehensive mental health services to adults, youth, and families - specifically in coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and grief. Her experience has a broad scope - from clinical inpatient and outpatient settings, non-profit environments, community mental health initiatives, adolescent and family refugee settings, and now private practice. As a psychotherapist with a degree in Counseling and Neuropsychology with Ph.D work rooted in studying the constructs of social behavior from a multi-level perspective, she works to identify the cognitive, emotional, and motivational processes that drive behavior and how we are shaped by cultural, societal, familial, and organizational factors. Through the use of a variety of certified modalities of treatment, she provides the structure and support system for her clients that is needed to regain emotionally satisfying lives.</image:caption>
