 Resilience Rendezvous

Wednesdays from 5-6pm - Ten Week Cycles

Teenagers face many unique challenges that can impact their mental health and sense of self worth. The purpose of Resilience Rendezvous is to provide a safe space for our kiddos to express themselves, discuss important issues, and find connection and support. We will also incorporate positive coping skills and actionable mental health strategies each week. Topics will include a variety of issues common to teens – anxiety, depression, friendships, family relationships, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, emotional regulation, growth mindset, social media, school challenges, resilience, and more.

Social Skills Group

60 Minute Sessions - 12 Week Cycles

Having the ability to socialize, develop friendships, and navigate our environment is a significant part of everyday life and overall quality of life. The goal of our social skills group is to help teach children how to enhance their relationship with peers and their environments through more meaningful social interactions. Our social skills groups allow clients to build confidence by engaging with peers in a controlled therapeutic setting.

Groups are small and structured, led by a trained counselor. Each cycle is divided into two co-ed groups, ages 7-10 and 11-14.

Virtual Postpartum Moms Support Group

Join us for a supportive, judgment-free space for postpartum moms navigating the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that come after birth. This virtual group offers connection, validation, and honest conversation about motherhood—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or simply in need of community. Together, we’ll explore topics like postpartum mood changes, stress, relationships, self-identity, and the mental load of new parenthood, while building support with other moms who truly get it. Please join us, just as you are.

This group is led by a licensed therapist and open to postpartum moms at any stage.
